Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner provides a heavy dose of glam-rock—minus the frequent stints in rehab.
The water-based, buildable liner contains super-fine glitter in a clear base that dries quickly and REALLY stays put (for long wear without any fallout). Because the glitter is suspended in a gel, it won’t separate in the bottle (so you don’t need to shake it like you do with watery formulas). Peach and cucumber extract condition the skin, while carrot extract smooths and softens.
How I use it
You can choose to wear the Heavy Metal liner alone, or apply it over the Eyeshadow or layer two shades together for a more intense glam-rock effect.
I like to use it under or over my winged liner and a touch by my tear duct to for a simple cat eye look. It’s also great for adding a pop of depth to any matte eye look or even to oomph shimmery eyeshadows.
You can also tap the color directly using your fingers for a more intense effect. You can also use this to create a glitter cut crease. I must say, this is one among the best glitter liner I’ve ever used! Super easy to use and applies the perfect amount of glitter in one easy swipe.
