Tarte has one of the best selling holiday bundles. For Holiday 2016, there have been so many great picks. Out of all of the products that were released for Holiday 2016 – I decided to pick this Tarte Color Wheel Amazonian Clay Blush Palette.
Color your way to the perfect glow with this custom blush and highlighter palette. It features 10 deluxe, limited-edition blushes in mattes, lusters, and two micro-pearlescent highlighters—all in one complexion-enhancing palette.
Best part is this palette is powered by tarte’s long-wearing Amazonian clay, the iconic, bestselling formula balances and replenishes skin for 12 hours of fade-free, ultra-pigmented wear.
With its dual-sided design, it curates five warm and five cool shades so you can mix and match with your cheek wardrobe to create the perfect, custom look. The neutral and bold, universal shades spotlight a variety of complexions with a built-in cover for mess-free portability. Powered by tarte’s long-wearing Amazonian clay, the iconic, bestselling formula balances and replenishes skin for 12 hours of fade-free, ultra-pigmented wear.
Packaging & Price – Tarte Color Wheel Amazonian Clay Blush Palette retails for USD $44.00 for 0.84 oz. ; includes 10 blushes housed in a circular compact that opens on both sides and reveals five blushes on each side. One down side is – there is no in built mirror. Each pan is 0.084 oz. in size which is a total of around 0.20 oz. tin total. Which means, it’s almost like you’re getting 4 full-size Tarte Blushes for a USD $44.00 which isn’t even the cost of two full-size blushes. It’s quite a nice value for the price you pay plus you get to try a variety of tarte blushes as well. What I love about the packaging is it’s design vibrancy, the compact packaging, outer design with swirls in purple gold and light lavender. So-So travel friendly, especially love the fact that you can carry so many pretty blushes with you without taking up a lot of space. Now, adding on to this – If you are MUA and is planning to depot the blushes – Then this is not right for you – Please note that the blushes are non removable from the compact .

♥Surreal is a hot bright barbie pink with cool undertones and has a matte finish. It was nicely pigmented and the texture is soft, finely-milled. didn’t appear chalky or powdery on skin which is great.

Swatches of Tarte Color Wheel Amazonian Clay Blushes : Crafty, Concept, Icon, Montage, Ironic
♥Crafty is a pale gold peach highlighter . This will work more as a highlighter than a blush for most skin tones. The texture felt soft and blendable, and did not emphasize pores etc.
♥Concept is a dusty rose nude shade with warm undertones and has a matte finish. Pigmentation is great and it has a blendable texture ; super easy to sheer out on cheeks.
♥Icon is a muted rose pink shade with warm undertones and has a semi-matte finish.
♥Montage is a pink mauve shade with neutral undertones and has a semi-matte finish. The pigmentation is great. Consistency felt smooth. But hard on pan, Little difficult to blend when compared to other shades.
