These are a quick-drying liquid-to-matte liner that delivers full color for up to 17 hours. It has a thin felt tip applicator that lets you create natural to bold looks with ease. I really love the shade range. The felt tip liner can be used to create both thick and thin liner looks.

The color indication on the packaging makes it easier to find out which shade you want to use everytime.

I am really happy about the staying power of this. it doesn’t fade, It’s waterproof, Sweat proof etc. which makes it a perfect choice for a long day wear or to your favorite pool party.

I love how affordable these are. With this price range, It’s quality is even better than some of the high end brands.

To remove the liner- It’s easy too. I use a oil based makeup remover. Face Cleansing oils are the best way to remove this liner.

03 Safari Matte is a dark olive green shade. It’s my favorite shade from the range and I also like to pair it with my favorite glitter liner for a more fancy look.

Overall, The shades are amazing. Milani Stay Put Matte 17HR Wear Liquid Eyeliner has a super thin felt tip by which you can manage to get the thinnest line possible or even draw a wider winged liner. The formula is easy to work, it’s dries quick to a matte finish that sits up to more than 10 hours( I tested for 10 hours. Milani claim this to stay upto 17hr. Its water and perspiration resistant.
